Never received any of my order.

Love it so far

I’m a fan of their products, I’ve been buying the oil since 2020. This was my most expensive order to date, $150, I’m really try to be better about taking care of my hair. I’m really enjoying the kit so far. I also bought a conditioner as well, which I’ll be using with the shampoo from this kit. The only reason I took off a star is because of issues I had in receiving my order. I waited the proper business days as listed on the site, plus an extra week, and my order still stated it hadn’t shipped. I attempted to contact customer service via the website twice with no response, so eventually I dm’d on Instagram. I appreciate being offered the choice of a refund or to have the items reshipped. In general though, the responses could’ve be a bit more personable. For example, initiating the first message with an apology instead of starting with it was already shipped and USPS probably lost it would be copacetic or responding with just a screenshot of the estimated shipping delivery isn’t the best interaction with a customer. Overall, I love the products and the company and I get that things happen. I’ve watch over the years as the products offered have expanded beyond just the hair growth oil; I just wanted to provide some honest, but helpful feedback.
