Great ring, slight difficulties with importing

The ring and customer service are great, I got exactly what I wanted and was helped quickly with any questions I had. There were only some difficulties with the import process because I had to pay import taxes even though they were already covered, and now I need to take care of the reclaim process myself. Overall a good experience and I can recommend the product!
