Very Fragile

The 12x12 tiles are very fragile. It doesn’t take much to dent or scratch off an edge. Otherwise if we can get them installed they should be fine.

Incredible customer service

I was sent two different shades of white ceiling tile, which of course wasn't noticed until it was installed. Kanopi fully refunded my order without return. An inconvenient mistake but it was handled beautifully by their customer service department. I will absolutely buy from them again.
