Redeemed Revan

I ordered the XENO - PIXEL, the the blade abd hilt that arrived were baselit. I contacted Legion Sabers through the website, and returned the lightsaber directly to the store four days later. It has now been over a month since I returned the lightsaber and was told a new one would be sent and it still has not been replaced. All I’ve heard is “The replacement request has already been passed along to our warehouse team with priority. Unfortunately, we've been dealing with a very high volume of orders and support requests recently, which has slowed down some of these replacement cases.” I appreciate the fact that Legion is busy, but at this point I am out a lot of money and have no lightsaber to show for it.
