The taste is still off for me.

Back in November / December, a shipment had for me a sour taste. previous shipments were fine. Java House was great in the process though. After a short pause and restart. the first shipment was as I remembered, smooth. however the last 2 shipments have that 'sour' taste again. Maybe something has changed with my taste buds.
