Don’t like the adhesive changes :(
This used to be my favorite go to lash, I was wearing them every day! But no longer, and I am devastated. The changes with adding the “adhesive beads” makes the band SO thick and no longer flexes well. Instead of hugging my lash line and eye curve, it wants to be straight and doesn’t look right anymore. I had no issues with keeping the lashes on for 10+ days before so there really wasn’t a need to change them. They are incredibly uncomfortable now compared to the original version, and I will be canceling my subscription.
Please bring back the original version without the new adhesive strip :( :( :(

Prep tech is horrible
The worst thing this company did was add the prep tech. It was obviously created by someone who doesn’t wear the lashes. I have been wearing these lashes for a very long time, well over a year and the new prep tech is absolutely horrid. It prevents the lashes from lying flat and causes bunching to happen which ruins the naturalness of this lash which is what I was always complimented on. The application is horrid now even as an experienced lash wearer and I could never recommend these. It is absolutely horrible customer service to just offer “consultations” and help desk rather than allowing loyal customers to purchase them without the prep tech. I am still using them until I can find a different company to switch to unfortunately, but they have lost all of my business once I have. Why ruin a good product and refuse to admit your mistakes.

Hate the new Prep Tech
I loved the besties (pre prep-tech) but the prep tech- which is just little glue dots -causes the base of the lash clusters to curl making it very difficult for them to lay flat when applied. I am still using these, but I have to remove the glue dots before I apply which adds about 15 minutes to my application time, and they still don’t look right half the time. Some of the residual glue from the prep tech always remains. I can’t recommend any lashes with prep-tech.
