Its very difficutly to get out such items like a wallet or a phone out of the bag, as the opening is so narrow. Worse than even than my mini loewe puzzle which is also tricky. As for the leather, its rather stiff and thick. Tbh I am regretting purchasing without seeing Bon-Bon in person.
