Easy Clean Bottle

Top lids keep leaking.

Easy to clean and keeps the fluid cold. However, the top lid keeps leaking no matter how tight I close the lid.

Order placed on the 08/10 but I don’t think I got a shipping notification until 20/10 which is a long time, have had difficulty with the courier used in the past. Product itself was good

Hi there, sadly my water bottle leaks. love the colour but the design is clearly flawed as the bottom removable element leaks badly. I would like to organise a refund please
