Amazing customer service!
I damaged my necklace a couple days ago which had a lot of sentimental value to hopefully get an exchange and reached out to the business and the manager responded and was so generous and gave me a hefty discount to purchase another necklace. Also the quality of the necklace was impeccable and did not tarnish and stayed with me for 2 years until i lost it at work and came back damaged i loved the customer service and the quality of the necklace!!

Perfect Gift!
Bought this (along with the other collection) as a gift for my girlfriend and she was absolutely in love especially with the cherry blossom necklace! Delicate bloom!
