The flavor was amazing and was easy to cook on the grill. Next time, I won't rim off the fat so that it can render and add even more flavor.

The shipping was surprisingly fast and the packaging very well done. I've only got half way through the product and gave some to neighbors. Fantastic response from neighbor and I have had similar response. This pork is incredible. The flank was best so far the ribs are next.

Insanely delicious
This is the best pork I've had outside of Spain. Grilled on each side for 3 minutes and let it rest. Super juicy and delicious.
