confusing size chart

I wanted to love this bra. I wanted to love it so much. I do like it, but it does not fit me very well. I'm a bit sad to see a more limited sizing range for this bra, and ordered my usual bra size, but found that this bra did not fit me very well. In the center, the fabric would pull (so the charm wouldn't lay flat) and the cups didn't align with my breasts very well. I'm not quite sure if it fit too big or too small. The straps wrinkle very easily.
