My problem not yours

Should not have increased width size as suggested - for me it was a mistake and even though I am within 60 days I cannot return because I threw out box and receipt. I am so used to just putting your shoes on and going I did not think. I love your shoes and wish I could return them for 8B not 8W.

Nice shoe

I order a wider size as per the website instructions. Unfortunately the shoe is also too small.

Comfortable, but Not Cute

As suggested I ordered a wide rather than the medium width. At first I wore them without the inserts and my feet floated around in the shoe and my toes were so sore I could barely walk. After inserting the arch support and the thicker spacer that was provided. The shoes are now comfortable.
