I love Apple Butter, especially in the Fall-BUT-grocery store versions fail-too sweet or too tasteless and I have tried some from farmers' markets, same thing- until I tried the one from Tait. It's wonderful-so fresh tasting with just the right amount of tart-will never buy anything else
