Has me eating one meal a day because my body has gotten all the nutrients it needs. Definitely feel better but the results seem to have flatlined. So we'll see.

More energy
I definitely feel better when I take Nature's Superfuel. I have more energy. I used to take Balance of Nature. That was expensive and I don't like the auto ship. Nature's Superfuel is just as good. Cheaper, no auto ship. Plus, I really like the apple cider vinegar gummies. They are the best.
