I think these books aren't made for everyone, it's only destinated to very experienced lifters (who probably don't need to read this e-book while they're already experts). Training 6 days per week and some days with 50 (50!) sets, this is just not suitable for the common of people. I wish I could've learned how I could build muscle or cut at my intermediate level because I really like the philosophy of MTM but in the end I'll not be able to follow the plan.

Hell of a workout program! It’s great for when you want to change up your current style of working out and just to feel the pump of each muscle being worked! Definitely keeping this in my arsenal!

Still doing the 12 weeks to more muscle but it’s a very detailed plan and I enjoy the workouts. It’s working is as simple as I can put it.
