As someone grateful to access to multiple wood shops, I’m always hesitant to buy vs build, but in this instance I did buy and I have zero regrets - only satisfaction. I ordered the black walnut and the wood selection was great, showing all the character with none of the flaws (subtle sap, no sketchy knots). Works as advertised and the matching screw plus and packaging are a classy touch. I’m an unpaid promoter from here on out.

See what I did there? Good. 'Cause you can't see the magic inside Biglow's gravity bar -- it could be a cast of tiny tiny crabs for all we know -- but it's got serious holding power. Papers just stay there with the kind of unwavering obedience I've dreamed of coaxing out of my children. In fact, the bar's hand-crafted elegance threatens to overshadow my kids' artwork (and they're prodigies, of course). Also, I ordered with a special request because I'm a pain in the bottom, and Brent and the team handled it with a speedy "no problem at all" attitude. Great Kitchen Accessory

Beautiful and beneficial. I use this as a recipe holder. I print out my recipes on letter size paper and this Gravity Bar is the perfect cooking companion. I have been through 3 formed plastic recipe stand holders, none lasted. This works great!
