DTF Transfer By Size

The transfer was easy to apply, and the deaign not stiff on the tshirt, so it has a nice feel. My order was completed and I was able to pick it up directly from them in just a few hours. It looked great, and I was able to browse the store to find my perfect (and nicely priced) tshirt to apply the transfers to, and get more ideas on more schwag.

I order a size of 11x11 and I get a 9 x 11 not what I ordered, and I still get charged for 11x11 I am not satisfied with this type of service and not being told in advance that you will change the.size as you feel like it. I would not recommend your services since you (they) are not willing to make things right. Making look like it was my fault

Product was great! Really quick turnaround - ordered and within an hour, was ready to pickup. However, when I arrived, he asked for my number - gave him my phone number, showed him that was my name on the screen but he said, "NO, the ORDER NUMBER..." like I was an idiot. I feel like he could've found that order by just clicking on the name on the screen and instead of having to go to the back to 'find the order', it could've just been up front since it was clearly 'ready to pickup'. Just wasn't my favorite pickup experience, but will order again and will use DTFOKC often. I'll just have my email pulled up next time instead of conveniently telling them my name/number.
