Absolutely does not do what they advertise. On the 12" Uconnect screens, you must have a Uconnect 5 installed. Their videos on 22 and earlier Rams have a 5 retro fitted to show the full screen capability. After a little back and forth, it was confirmed that the uconnect 4 (19-22) can not show more than half screen which is useless if you already have a $15 wireless adapter for android auto or carplay. They can do most of the same features. Complete waste of money. They even claim it will work in a 21 ram in their ad videos. But its because theyve reteofitted a 5 which is $2k.

Processor is very slow to load and connect to devices. At least 3-4mins before it actually connects to phone, open app and is usable. Once connected it streams data OK. Wireless Apple Car Play connects OK but slower than factory wired connection.

Al incio cargo bastante lento las apps pero despues se regularizo y funciona bien. No es el mas fluido pero funciona bien. Tardo mucho mucho mas de lo que esperaba pero cuando iba a cancelar llego. Lo recomiendo por precio y funcionalidad
