I absolutely love the flavor of this tea. I also enjoy how it relaxes and prepares my body for sleep. It’s now part of my nightly routine.

Dream is Literally That!

As part of my nightly routine, right after body and skincare, I sip a cup of this as I get into my bible study. By the time I climb into bed and get settled, I am out!

By the time I took my 5 sip of this tea my eyes were getting heavy. I would suggest being totally ready for bed. I did get a good nights sleep. I was a little sleepy the next day so next time I either won’t let it steep as long or I won’t drink a full cup. I might try cutting it to 1 teaspoon instead of 2.
