Five stars because this company ships from Ukraine, a beautiful country with amazing artisans that is currently facing extremely difficult circumstances. That context matters to me, and it should matter to you as well. Under normal conditions this would likely have been a three star overall experience. I placed my order on January 10 and selected 3 to 7 business day shipping. I contacted them on January 20 due to no shipment or activity on the parcel tracker. Not knowing where the package was coming from, I was concerned the order may have been misplaced or overlooked. I was then told by customer service that processing orders and getting them out can take 5 to 9 business days, which was not clearly reflected at checkout, and I had already reached out on day ten. The item was ultimately delivered on February 7, meaning the total time was nearly 29 days. The communication felt templated and did not directly address the discrepancy between the advertised shipping timeframe, the revised timeline provided by the employee, and the actual delivery timeline. The product itself is beautiful and arrived in excellent condition, from what I was told. I have not personally seen it as it was a gift. I simply recommend clearer expectations on the website and more transparent communication. Wishing the team safety and continued success.

I gave it to my wife for Christmas. She was thrilled with the detail and precision in the cutting of the wood. She also loved how colorful it is. She's a super Harry Potter aficionado!
