Nice sweatshirt, disappointing customer service

I ordered from this company about a month ago. I was very excited to receive my sweatshirt based on their website photo. The sweatshirt arrived promptly and looked exactly as pictured, unfortunately the size was off for me. I immediately reached out to the company to ask for a simple size exchange. After multiple attempts, I am still waiting on a reply. Based on my receiving their request for a review I assume if they had reached out on MY exchange request, I would have had this issue resolved by now. My experience has been disappointing.

Love it havent wore it but color is bright

Its a cozy sweatshirt however the small according to the suze chrat is too small. Ifnordering go up a size or two.
