Explorer 5000 plus
I received my Explorer 5000 plus the other day and I’m very pleased. I wanted to be able to power my entire cabin including the well pump and water heater, both 220. I installed a 50 amp plug as well as an interlock devise to power my entire breaker panel. We use common sense to decide what to use in the cabin when using the Jackery. We have two refrigerators and a freezer as well as the 220 water heater and well pump. The Explorer performed great and powered the entire cabin. I am paring this unit with a duel fuel 4500 watt inverter generator and when my Explorer gets down to 25% or so I can charge it up with the quiet and efficient inverter powered by propane. Since we were in testing mode we powered more that we would have in a true power outage. I think w smart usage my Jackery should power us up for about 24 hours or so between charges. We shall see. It was interesting to see in real time, how much power each of our devices are using. This is a super handy and legit generator!

Researched the Jackery Explorer 5000 Plus to compare with other units. based on that information, I decided to buy the Jackery product. At this point I've not applied it to any loads other than a lamp and a radio but I'm confident it will deliver on larger loads. The unit is extrememly quite while in operation and I love all the additional ports plus the fact that it can charge from after market solar panels and can utilize different connectors (MC4 etc.). I initially charged the unit with my inverter generator (recommend inverter type generator, much cleaner power) just to test charging. The unit is easy to move around and although outages are rare in my area, it's nice to know I have a back up, times are changing and grid integrity isn't what it used to be. I highly recommend this product and would be willing to use any of their products. Presently looking into their smart transfer switch for easy connection to main panel and to be used in the event of a power outage.

Great
I have a big problem with the add on battery, it doesn't have wheels like the 5000+> Why is that? It was easily solved with a Klutch Tilt Assist Hand Truck from Northern Tools. So easy to use.
