Great Cleaver
Out of the box, I used it to carve up a few chicken breasts. They didn’t stand a chance! Cleaned it, oiled it, cut my finger. Trying to see if I could make a deal and get the five piece set without the cleaver and have them toss in the magnetic block. Haven’t heard back from them though. Oh, and I lost one of those little white thingies that they have on the end of the blades to protect your self. If anybody’s listening…

Love it!
Just got the Dahlia Cleaver and I love it. It feels solid, looks great, and cuts super smooth. Definitely a new favorite in my kitchen.
