Broken lid and no reply from customer support
Unfortunately my bottles lid snapped off within minutes of opening and using it. I’ve emailed twice within one week and have still had no reply from the brand.

Bought for my son 15 months ago - absolutely loves it. Nice colour. Material is perfect for for little ones growing through a throwing stage and works really well for caravanning

Loving the bottle so far. Cool colour, great for camping the only thing I noticed is that my son struggled to sip it at the as it was really hard to suck but much better now.
