Snore buds - 100%
Snore buds have definitley changed the sleep pattern in our house. My husband is no longer woken up from my snoring. I sleep deeper through the night. I finally wake up feeling rested and refreshed. They fit comfortably and are very easy to sleep with.

Need higher setting.
Snore Buds are quality but at this point cannot replace my CPAP. I do use them when I nap in my chair. The highest setting needs to be even higher because I still snore some even on high setting.
