Yes, It really works!

It really works! Easy to open and hook up and start using. Comes with extras to keep you going through the first year. It was delivered very fast no well packaged and protected. Rolls smoothly. Picked up tons of stickers, had to empty the pan in just 3 short passes. Easy to clean and easy to use. You will be glad you got one!

Product works well when it functions correctly, but it rarely works correctly for any amount of time. For the large sum of money the pull behind costs, there are some serious design flaws. The tray for catching the burrs is made of a very cheap bendy plastic. The instant you hit a taller section of dirt or taller weeds/grass the tray slides backwards on the machine. You have to stop the 4 wheeler, hop off, slide it forward, pull the tiny lips (short scallops intended to keep it from sliding backwards) down to place it back onto the spot it belongs. The tray should be made out of a more sturdy material that won’t bend and allow it to slide into the wrong place-this happens at least once a pass when I’m using it in my pasture (it’s a 3 acre pasture). The other design flaw is that the springs (part of what are supposed to keep the front elevatd to prevent the previous problem, are only attached on one side. Again, if you hit any imbalanced terrain, these springs pop off the bolts they are supposed to be sitting on, which leads to the previous problem occurring. I am not driving fast, in fact so slow it almost inhibits the rollers rolling in an attempt to prevent these issues from occurring. For the amount these cost, these issues should not be occurring. It would have received a 5 start review if they weren’t problems.

It works, but MULTIPLE passes are required. Pulling it through our half-acre sand burr sticker patch repeatedly picked up quite a few but only a.small percentage of the ones left standing.
