Perfect work bag

I’d been on the hunt for a while for a stylish backpack that would fit my laptop, usual bits and pieces and my lunch. This bag is everything I was looking for. I’m quite petite so didn’t want anything that looked huge. I love love love this bag. My only criticism if I had to give one is the buckle on the shoulder straps kinda dig in a little on the back of my arms when walking, this may be because of my height, still though functionality is amazing and so many pockets!
