Could not release the handles to fold down when the original ones broke. Ordered the replacements, had abit of trouble getting the release switch to work but with a clearer head it all went well and very happy that we can now lower the handles to make it easier to load into vehicle.

Handle Brackets

Product arrived with no instructions for installation, a spring steel clip that wasn’t part of the bracket was inserted into the bracket itself which was somewhat confusing. Also, after installing the new brackets, I noticed an extremely small spring on the work bench. Upon examining the old brackets, I realized that this spring had fallen out of one of the new brackets, causing the need to remove the bracket, disassemble the unit, insert the spring, then reinstall the bracket. Some direction would have made the installation much more simple.
