This is the greatest ball pit I have bought.All ages are loving it they have the best fun and love to hide in the balls and all you can see are their little faces

The insert of the ball pit kept turning up and the balls would be under the insert. The floor indsert needs something like cardboard to keep it flat. Their customer service was good except by the time I heard back from them about refund I had thrown it away and ordered another one from another retailer

Absolutely love it, great size, love the texture, my son loves it
