Very umami and just on the verge of bitterness (in a good way), like how high-quality matcha should be. I look forward to making my matcha each morning. Note that you need a lot of matcha (like 6-8g) to make it taste similar to the latte you get at Hatoya shops, at least in my opinion.

やばい、この抹茶はほんとにおいしい!
Scent: As advertised (Kinako), very fragrant!
Taste: As advertised (Roasted taste, somewhat astringent, umami is obvious)
Personal Remarks: This product is one I keep thinking: "I wanna brew another cup again". At its current price point and versatile preparation methods, Whether as a koicha or as a latte, I SERIOUSLY recommend this product as an everyday, beginner-friendly matcha.
