contains an invitation to repeat a prayer
Everything I have listened to from Shepherd Kids has been careful, true, and well-produced. So this is not a complaint, but a heads-up. I have mixed feelings about a voice who has no relationship with my grandchild inviting him to pray the "sinner's prayer." On one hand, the more our children hear the gospel the better. On the other, there is a danger of a child misunderstanding and believing that a transaction has occurred based on him saying certain words rather than his heart of belief in response to God's initiating grace. I am thankful that the narrator does not go on to assure children that if they repeated that prayer they are now Christians. I only listened to the excerpt before purchasing. Today I listened through the end and had to contact my grandkids' parents to give them a heads-up. I think it would be wise to mention in the description that there is such an invitation (like they mention violence, intensity, etc.)
