The coasters are great, but. . . .
Let me start by saying they have great customer service. Christina is awesome. I ordered five sets for Christmas gifts. When I opened one of the boxes one coaster was damaged. I reached out to customer service (Christina) and was told a replacement set would be sent. A couple days later I inspected the rest very closely. I found two more broken. The boxes are quite heavy and five sets has considerably weight. There's nothing on the shipping box that the contents are fragile. I'm sure UPS wasn't careful. At the end of the day, I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Just inspect them very closely.
