Bad quality 3 bundles

I purchased hair bundles during the Black Friday sale and had them installed for New Year’s. Unfortunately, the quality was extremely poor. The ends were horrible, and the hair tangles constantly. Every day I comb through it, it gets stuck daily. I attempted to resolve this professionally offline with proven photos and even contact from my hairstylist which even said the bundles were horrible and stringy but was unsuccessful. While I take responsibility for waiting a few weeks before installation, quality hair should not tangle daily regardless. I have never experienced this issue with any other vendor. I spent a significant amount of money on three bundles, and the quality was unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be purchasing again and will be sharing my experience to help others make informed decisions.
