HIIT
Excellent addition for HIIT workouts. Wish the magnetic resistance went a bit higher, but it still does the trick.
Had an issue with one of the parts not being threaded properly during assembly. BoS shipped out a replacement part immediately. Top notch support 👌.

Workday Anger Remover
I can work out my frustration by my desk. Would be ideal if it had a bit more resistance. With a lot of weight on the arms and a steep incline, bodyweight moves the belt without feeling much resistance. But, way cooler than a treadmill and happy with the purchase

Dreadmill Review
My experience with Bells of Steel has been extremely positive. Their customer service was fantastic - some of the best I have ever experienced with a company.
The Dreadmill itself appears to be a solid piece of equipment. My review is based on my personal experience of a woman nearing 60 who is no athlete but in reasonable shape. It arrived well packaged and in many parts, but this made getting it to its basement location easier. The deck is heavier than anticipated - a good thing - but I had to enlist the help to carry it. I put it together 95% on my own in a couple hours. It's not too hard to assemble, but again, many parts to connect. Watching rhe youtube instruction video was very helpful! Getting the deck installed took a second pair of hands. This is my first manual incline treadmill so it took some getting used to but it is a very good work out. I needed something to build strength. I primarily walk and I find it great for this - more muscles are being engaged than on my previous electric treadmill and it is more similar to walking outside and hiking. I can also walk backwards on an incline and do sled push. I doubt it is good for running. I mostly use dumbbells for weights so it's yet to seen if I will use the added handles much. All said, for the price and what I was looking for, this is a winner so far.
