Seems just a little big. Brim comes down on my ears. Is there a band available that I can insert behind the inside headband o take up some space and make the fit a little more snug? This is my first straw hat. Do they stretch or shrink with age? Overall quality is very impressive.

Used a spacer and that helped a lot!
Like the protection without much weight.
