Standout Coffee Subscription

I just expected more like the first I bought in your London boutique - Granja La Esperanza Anaerobic Natural. I received mostly Bourbons which as I learnt one should do with Aeropress or likewise... While Granja worked so well for my Magnifica S producing unbelievably good lattes.

I have always loved your coffee in the past, which makes the recent drop in quality so disappointing. My latest shipments arrived with unsealed jars, resulting in oxidized, flat beans with almost no aroma and none of the vibrant fruitiness I usually expect from Standout. Furthermore, two other subscribers I know here are experiencing the exact same issue with their recent batches being completely flat. I sent a detailed email about this packaging flaw a week ago and received no reply. I really want to keep enjoying your coffee, so please review that email for the full context and let me know how this can be resolved.
