Nice console, awful app
The console is soothing, great volume controls, beautiful lights, easy to use. The app is not intuitive and needs a complete overhaul to be more UX friendly. Selecting the wind down, the overnight white noise and wake up process was clunky and it's hard to change settings. Previews should play automatically.

We need a snooze disable option!
Beyond obsessed with my Hatch HOWEVER my one gripe is that you cannot disable the snooze. Us chronic snoozers really need our hands to be tied here in order to not sleep in so please implement a feature like that 🙏

Enjoying Our New Hatch
I’m enjoying listening to the snippets of books each evening. It’s a nice way to relax at the end of the day. We are still figuring out the best routine. My desired time to begin the routine isn’t lining up with the actual times. There are so many possibilities to set it is actually overwhelming to me. But it is a very positive change!
