I received the 10 pack sampler with the understanding that there was a 60 day money back guarantee. Out of the 10 pack sampler I used 1 bar of Shampoo and 1 bar of conditioner, upon which use I learned that I was allergic to the products that were contained in the recipe making this product. I tried to use their advertised money back guarantee after spending $50 on a sample pack, that I cannot use. I have reached out numerous times to have the company make good on the guarantee that they, the company advertised, and was met with no response. I would not suggest to even try this product if allergies are a concern unless you are ok with spending that kind of money and not getting a refund or a product that is able to be used. My response to this is buy at your own risk. Customer service gets 0 out of 10 stars from me.
