Shoddy Craftsmanship

I bought this pair after reading all the reviews about how comfortable and cute the pair is. However, don't bother wasting your money. This first pair of these shoes I received had so many loose and unfinished threads all over and connected to the patent leather. From heel to the toes, there were loose threads everywhere. Thinking it was just 1 bad pair, I sent the pair back in exchange for a new pair. The new pair I received was exactly the same
