too small on the foot and leg

Not so good for Thick Calf’s and Thighs

I purchased a size 13 hoping these would fit my legs. I could not get them zippered up past mid calf. Pretty sure if I worked at it I could but it would stretch to much and compromise the zipper area and would not zipper around my thighs. That’s the reason for the 4 stars. I did not get a photo before returning .
