Caught a lot of blood and felt comfortable and secure, but I leaked at night and stained pajamas. Far more comfortable than pads and happy to have something eco-friendly, but they’re not entirely leak-proof.

These are so comfortable and have a nice liner up the middle front/ back in addition to the gusset. I have a lighter flow so it’s more than I need but it’s nice to have the security of the middle front/back liner when I’m sleeping on my belly or back.
