Flat iron was a great cut of meat, put it on my traeger at 400 degree 4 minutes each side with a dry rub from roadhouse bbq, only word I can use 😋 delicious.

Yummy Flat Iron
We were looking for an elusive hangar steak but ended up getting flat iron steak. It did not disappoint! Very flavorful and tender!
