Pleasant taste and so far I think does help relax me a little bit at night. The thing for me personally that would get to 5 stars is to have a more proper chocolate and cocoa taste. This is a little chocolatey with a hint of vanilla, some may prefer this flavor. I am more of a dark chocolate type of person.
