Great Service

My bracelet kit arrived missing the end clasp. I emailed the seller and she immediately emailed me back apologizing for the oversight. Within a few days I had the end clasp, a bonus end clasp for the oversight AND a note apologizing for the oversight. What a refreshing buying experience. Highly recommend this company.
