Astro Arugula
Grow this must have arugula every year I'm at my Colorado mountain home out on my raised deck away from the 4 legged animals! It's fast growing and delicious addition to my salads. My neighbors love getting the cuttings!

Lots of tasty arugula.
We have salad just about every night. So between our different lettuces and the arugula, we can change it up all the time. They're super easy to grow and they grow fast and are very full.

A perfect staple green
I use arugula for salads, but I also use it to add a bitter component to round out the “flavor five“ when I’m creating recipes. It goes particularly well with chicken, when you introduce Parmesan cheese and lemon. Super flavor balance. It should be one of the greens that is always in your farm stand.
