The mouthguard fits amazing. If you are considering one Id highly recommend it. It barely feels like you are wearing one when you put it in and after a few minutes you could forget its there. Read the instructions and use a timer, trust me.

Has been great for exercise and maintaining good tongue posture.

I was suprised at first when what came aftwr my fitting was for my lower jaw since I had always jad either top jaw or both jaw mouth guards. I was pleasantly surprised when it fit perfectly and I can even speak clearly with it in. I have used it, but have not "needed" it yet, so only time will tell if having a guard only on the bottom teeth will be sufficient. For the price I would have expected to get one for both top and bottom.
