Printer itself is doing fine BUT the filament rolls on cardboard are a nightmare

Printer itself is doing fine. But the filament that was sent along in the cardboard rolls are a nightmare. The CFS doesn't really like these. This had me loose a lot of time, gave me frustration. It made me think this printer was a really bad choice. As I own a couple of other devices which worked perfectly I decided to go for a bigger model with larger print. I don't understand the reason for sending filament rolls that are known to give issues with CFS to a new customer

Sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto; le dimensioni sono generose, i materiali di qualità, sistema rapido ed intuitivo,prestazioni notevoli che possono competere con stampanti molto più care. La consiglio vivamente a tutti, per chi vuole fare un salto di qualità.

The printer works flawlessly out of the box with both PLA and PETG filaments, I have ASA and ABS on standby, but haven't tried them yet. Will maybe update after trying those.
