Faulty straightener

Ordered the lovely blue straighteners, I was excited to try them but when I went to use them they wouldn’t turn on. I was asked to send back at my own cost to get them checked and if faulty I would get another pair. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait as I needed a new pair so purchased elsewhere. I ended up sending back for a refund again at my own cost. I ended up paying over £10 postage to ensure safe return. I will say they were quick to respond when they arrived back and the refund was done quickly. The communication is there and they are really good to deal with. I was just unlucky with the pair I received and if I could have had another pair sent out straight away I would have waited as they are a stunning product. Don’t let it out you off buying.
