Heelbalm was not in parcel?

After quite a long wait for order to arrive it was missing the heelbalm. Only the heel sock & pumice stone inside. Have emailed twice to follow up but no reply. Searching for a phone number to call today, hope they are reachable somehow to send missing balm. Suggest someone double check before sealing order packages that complete order is inside parcel. Disappointed.
