The strap lock was not in box with watch, Pavlok took care of it, no questions asked! No more taking it off while sleeping, great product and fantastic customer support!!

I use this on a different smart watch, the strap kept comming out of the little holder and flopping all over. This has prevented that. It does get stuck in other holes when loosening and tightening the strap which is mildly annoying but still overall helpful.
